Scientific Data

West Texas Elementary School in Stinnett, Texas, and LGS Services, Incorporated conducted a joint research study beginning in September of 2008. The study proved that students who received the LGS neurodevelopmental activities, along with their state-adopted school curriculum, showed greater improvement in their timed accuracy performance scores. The elements of the study involved four first-grade classes with 12 to 13 students. Each student in every class was given a 3-minute pre-test for speed and accuracy of addition and subtraction math facts.

- At the beginning of the year, there were no statistically significant differences between the four classes.
All statistical tests were performed at the alpha=0.01 level.
- At the end of the year, addition math fact scores for the class using an LGS neurodevelopmental program with the Rapid Recall System were significantly higher than all other classes.
