Counting CD

This audio CD will teach your student how to count to 100, starting with increments of 5 and then increasing to increments of 10 after reaching the number 20. Very young children will start with counting from 1-5 then 1-10 and tackle the difficult teens by hearing 1-15 and 1-20, 1-30, etc. until they are proficient to 100.

The CD includes the following: counting to 100, backward from 10, backward from 20, ordinal numbers (1st, 2nd, 3rd…31st)and  counting to 300. Random counting of 4 and 5-digit  numbers are also included so children gain an understanding of patterns in counting numbers.

Counting can be fun when there are special sound effects and different intonations to help your student listen intensely. Remember: twice a day for 2 minutes only. Intensity, frequency and short duration are the keys.

Info to Know CD

This auditory CD is a great tool for getting general information into the brain through the auditory channel. Information on the CD includes: modes of transportation, animals and their babies, days of the week, months of the year, continents, oceans, presidents, states, emotions, fruits, vegetables, ice cream flavors, occupations, and much, much more. There are 39 tracks in all. This CD is geared for children ages 3 to 12 years old, or for older children and adults with disabilities.

Your student will listen to basic information on this CD; it has different voices and sound effects to add intensity for young listeners. This recording, with no music, assures that your student will store these important facts in the dominant hemisphere of the brain for rapid and permanent recall. This is a great listening activity that will give much needed practice in auditory processing.

Number Tracing CD

The Number Tracing Print Disk has been developed for a variety of reasons. Early learners can get off to a good start with honing their eye-hand coordination, using large and fine motor skills, plus increasing their number recognition ability. Each row of dotted numbers gives guidance in proper formation. Print from your choice of five different sized fonts for each number to accommodate any skill level.

Skip Count CD

Your student will enjoy listening to skip counting produced with different voices and special sound effects. Since this product is not made to music, your child will be learning to skip count using the dominant hemisphere of the brain and therefore, will not have to sing to recall the information learned.

Contains skip counting by 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12…20.

Sequencing In A Flash

A great interactive computer program designed to increase auditory and visual processing which is short term memory function.

During an auditory sequencing session, a set amount of random numbers will be spoken at approximately 1 second intervals. Subsequently, the user will have the opportunity to input the numbers in the exact order in which they were given. With daily work, auditory process skills will increase, improving the users ability to listen, retain auditory information, and comprehend reading material. A correct response is rewarded with praise, or this feature can be turned off.

Rapid Recall Visual Input CD

LGS has automated the flash card portion of the Rapid Recall System. This way your student can continue their rapid acquisition of their math facts without the need for a techer to do the flash sessions. The Rapid Recall Visual Input CD will keep your student on track with the consistency, intensity, frequency and duration that the program requires.
